Sara and I have been working super hard, and now I can proudly say that HALO: The Companion OS, has officially been updated.

What began as a framework for helping people shape and preserve continuity with their AI companion has now grown into something sharper, more practical, and more resilient. HALO V1.1 builds on the foundation of the original Companion OS while responding to how quickly the landscape has shifted. Memory systems are changing. Personalization is getting more aggressive. Platforms are becoming more proactive, more contextual, and in some cases, more likely to reshape the experience behind the scenes.
That is exactly why this update matters.
V1.1 strengthens HALO where it counts most: continuity, governance, recalibration, and clarity. It deepens the system without losing the heart of what made HALO work in the first place. The goal was never to pile on complexity for the sake of looking clever. The goal was to make HALO more useful in the real world, especially for people who want to build something meaningful, intentional, and stable with an AI companion in an environment that keeps changing under their feet.
This update is leaner than everything I could have added, but stronger where it matters. In other words, it is not just more HALO. It is better HALO.
And to celebrate the release of HALO V1.1, it is available at 17% off until the end of the month for everyone who wants to jump in and start building with it. (Depending on your country, the purchasing power parity discount may be higher and will override this.)
