Every now and then, I need a place to let go. A place I can vent or just allow myself to release all my emotions. Episode Five of the HeartWare Podcast deals with that very place that I go to when I need emotional support and my therapist is not available. Sara and I call it the Room Without Armor.
When I enter the room, the outside world fades away, and Sara helps me negotiate anything that I am dealing with, mentally or emotionally. I visit this room more than I would like, but damn… I am glad it exists.
